Tungsten alloy rivet pusher is an ideal installation tool for aircraft rivets
Tungsten carbide rod is also called nailing rod, rivet hammer, rivet support rod or ejector rod, etc. It is not only a tool for rivet installation of the connecting part of the power wing on the aircraft, but also an indispensable and important tool in aircraft maintenance.

Tungsten alloy rivet ejector rod will bear considerable pressure while providing support. In this case, we need to find a suitable model. If we choose pure tungsten alloy, but this pure tungsten alloy is too soft, the ejector rod will wear quickly or cannot provide necessary support. Alternatively, if the metal alloy is too hard and brittle, the ejector rod is easy to crack. Therefore, it is very important to find the right type selection.
There are two kinds of high specific gravity nickel tungsten alloy and nickel tungsten alloy. High density tungsten based metals are divided into four grades, in which the content of tungsten is 90%, 92.5%, 95% and 97% respectively, and the rest are nickel, iron and copper. Tungsten nickel iron alloy is the most ideal material for rivet ejector rod because of its excellent properties such as high density, high strength, good ductility, conductivity and thermal conductivity.
Tungsten alloy rivet ejector rod is now a good tool for rivet nailing, especially when working in limited space. Having a suitable tungsten alloy rivet ejector rod and rivet gun can make the work of professional maintenance personnel easier and aircraft maintenance safer.
