Classification of Ccemented Rotary Burrs

Carbide rotary files are made of tungsten carbide material, also known as tungsten  rotary burr; It can be used for processing cast iron, cast steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, copper and aluminum.

1. Classification of standard shapes
General rotary file can be divided into the above 19 shapes, such as cylindrical, spherical, flame head and so on. In China, the letters A, B and C are used to directly denote each shape, while abroad, the letters ZYA, KUD and RBF are commonly used for short.

2. Classification of blade teeth
Generally speaking, single-edge grain tooth rotary file is more suitable for processing soft non-ferrous metals, plastics, soft high-strength steel or hard wood, and cross tooth file is more suitable for producing high machinability on hard materials, such as grinding iron, cast steel, glass steel materials.

Each shape of rotary file can be selected according to the specific operation requirements. General standard tooth shape can refer to the following six. Among them, each tooth shape is suitable for:
Aluminum tooth pattern - especially suitable for aluminum alloy, brass, magnesium and other soft metals. Because of its wide tooth spacing, is conducive to quick cleaning and cutting;
Coarse teeth -- bronze, tin, zinc, pure copper and other soft materials that are easy to process;
Middle tooth shape/standard tooth shape -- suitable for processing all kinds of steel (including tempered steel), cast steel and almost all metal materials. This tooth shape surface processing quality is good, processing efficiency is relatively high.
Diamond tooth type -- the tooth type is suitable for processing thousands of kinds of high alloy steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, zirconium nickel steel, etc., can effectively avoid the adverse phenomenon of chip crushing in operation.
Dense teeth - suitable for dry finishing and other processing operations with higher surface quality requirements, especially suitable for tempered steel with HRC below 66;
 Cross tooth type -- This tooth type is suitable for all kinds of metal materials (including tempered steel and corrosion resistant materials). Processing vibration is small, easy to control the operation.
